I'm sure there are better ways to do this, and googlemaps isn't showing this by AT route, but here's an idea of how far he's gone to this point.
Day 1 was Point A, Damascus VA.
Day 24 was Point B, Catawba, VA.
Distance between the two points: 236 miles.
